Understanding Sexual Violence: Prosecuting Adult Rape and Sexual Assault Case, Denver, CO The Colorado District Attorney’s Council, The American Prosecutors Research Institute, and The National Judicial Education Program are sponsoring this training for Colorado prosecutors. The comprehensive, four-day program, developed and presented by nationally recognized experts, is geared toward equipping prosecutors for successful sex crime prosecution especially in non-stranger cases. It is specifically tailored to address Colorado law. |
